Hi, I’m Mitch!

I’ve spent the last 15 years as a chef in some of Sydney’s most renowned restaraunts & catering companies. During my career, I’ve cultivated a deep passion for creating unforgettable culinary experiences for those I’m lucky enough to feed. I believe food should be fun, memorable, & something that brings people together.
